Worship & Discipleship Ministry: This consists of ministries of Sabbath programming, Music, Praise & Worship, Lesson study, Vespers, Workshops, Seminars, Ushers, and Stewardship. These ministries work together to provide and contribute to an overall sense of the church in study and worship.
Evangelism Ministry: This consists of ministries Crusades, African Missions, Local Community, Visitor Follow-up, New member Orientation, and Fundraisers. These are essential to building of the church and fulfilling the gospel's commission to teach, preach, baptize, and disciple.
Youth Ministries: The ministries of Children's church & Sabbath school, Teen Church & sabbah school, Kids & teens socials, and Education provide the education and social outlets and activities for children and teens. It is Alpha's belief that children and youth serve as building blocks and foundations for the future of this church and world.
Adult Ministries: The ministries of Cell groups, senior youth, young adults, couples, singles, men, and women cannot be underestimated. Each ministry provides their own unique relevance. Cell groups offer a unique opportunity to learn and grow in smaller settings and can be specific to the needs of that group.
Chidlren's Ministry: The ministries of Pathfinders, Adventurers, and Children's church provide our children and youth to experience God in theory and practical learning which include camping, various indoor and outdoor skills, church involvement, and countless opportunities to merge “what I know” and “Who I am”.
Nurturing Ministry: The ministries of visitations, socials, church meals, fellowship, hospitality, and caring for the bereaved/shut-in represent the church enjoying the company of each other and providing comfort and support to those who cannot be with us or is grieving and in need of comfort. Everyone needs nurturing. Everyone needs fellowship-Alpha loves both.
Church Support Ministry: The ministries of Deacons, Deaconesses, Ushers, and Security provide organization and a sense that things are decent and in order. These ministries assist in every part of church life. Before you arrive deacons have made sure you will be comfortable, deaconesses make sure you are cared for, greeters make sure you feel welcomed, security makes sure you are safe.
Church Elders: The ministries of elders include assisting in bereavement, teaching, visitations, communion, spiritual direction, church discipline, special mentorship, and the church service.

It is INC'.s belief that young adults should have opportunities to be involved in the church and the community, meanwhile growing in Jesus Christ. INC. takes the position that young adults can strive for excellence which will glorify God.
The following are other important church offices:
Church Treasurer: One cannot underestimate the need for any organization to have and maintain financial records and keep the financial situation before God's people. As church treasurer, it is known that they do their best to ensure God's money is properly allocated, accounted for, and something to be proud of.
Church Secretary: As church secretary, minutes in meetings are kept, important reminders are given, and assists in various duties of information.
Church Clerk: The church clerk provides countless opportunities for communication between the local church and the conference. Some of their duties include maintaining church membership records, keeping the church informed of transfers, and much more.
Communications Department: This ministry including media and the church website should not be taken for granted. Some of what these ministries include recording and providing sabbath services in digital formats, assisting various services in media, sound, and countless others.
